Aaro ensured safe and efficient construction of essential infrastructure, including an in-situ headwall and integration of a new DN800 pipe section.
Aaro is pleased to announce the successful award and completion of the contract for the Neerabup Water Reservoir Overflow upgrade.
The project included the construction of an in-situ headwall connected to the existing parapet wall, as well as the integration of a new DN800 pipe section with the current overflow pipework.
Key aspects of the project included:
- Providing safe excavation
- Constructing a dust-proof barrier to prevent foreign contamination of drinking water
- Engaging a specialized welding contractor
- Completing formwork and concrete works
- Installing a precast cover
- Expanding or constructing an emergency spillway with stone pitching
